Tour our community in person or virtually and determine what unit type and price range will meet your needs.

Submit your application form and application fee to be conditionally approved, then sit back and relax.

Monitor pricing and availability with our property website and contact our leasing team when you find an apartment that meets your needs.

Once you select your desired apartment, sign the lease and pay your holding deposit within three business days.

Who is an ideal Future Resident Club participant?

The Future Resident Club is best suited for those looking to move in a few months, for any reason. Students and working professionals on assignment love our program for that reason!

Are there any discounts available for participation in the Future Resident Club?

You will receive either $200 off your first month’s rent or any applicable specials for the apartment you choose that are running at the time of your apartment assignment.

What if I complete an application, but no units become available in my desired timeframe?

This is a rare occurrence, but it can happen. If it does, our onsite leasing team will refer you to other BMC communities that have availability for the desired unit type and price range.

HOW LONG WILL MY PRE-APPROVED APPLICATION BE VALID?
